READING LIST
Proper study of the martial arts is just as much about the mental as it is the physical. To that end the following are recommended texts, including some that are required reading for the members of Triangle Kenpo Institute. They all would be excellent additions to the library of any serious martial artist. Some of the texts are historical, some philosophical and others more hands-on/how-to. By no means is the list meant to be comprehensive, and more texts will be added in the future. For now, use these books as a good starting point. The list is alphabetical by author.
